LAHORE: (Wednesday, September 16, 2026): Punjab University has awarded PhD degree to Muhammad Amir Fahim S/o Muhammad Ibrahim Azhar in the subject of Geo-Environmental Conservation and Sustainable Development (GCSD) after approval of his thesis entitled ‘Water Governance under Climate Change and Uncertainty in Selected Himalayan’.
