LAHORE: (Tuesday, October 13, 2026): Punjab University Hailey College of Commerce’s Lecturer Hafiz Fawad Ali has been selected for the ISSNAF Mobility Program and awarded a €5,000 mobility grant to support an academic and research visit to the United States of America. The Italian Scientists and Scholars in North America Foundation (ISSNAF) Mobility Program facilitates academic and research experiences for scholars from Italian universities and institutions at universities and research centres across North America. The program connects selected researchers with suitable host institutions and scholars according to their academic interests and proposed research projects. The ISSNAF-supported mobility will provide Fawad with an opportunity to further develop his research in the United States, engage with international scholars, and strengthen academic linkages. His selection for the mobility grant adds to a growing portfolio of international academic activities. He has participated in research, training and scholarly initiatives at institutions and academic networks across Europe and beyond. The achievement also highlights the importance of international academic mobility in creating opportunities for researchers to exchange knowledge, develop cross-border research collaborations and contribute to globally connected scholarship.
