LAHORE: (Friday, August 24, 2012): Director General National Talent Pool Dr Fayaz Ahmed Ranjha called on PU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran at Committee Room of his office here on Friday.

Deans, principals and senior faculty members were also present on the occasion. While briefing the participants of the meeting, Dr Ranjha said that Pakistan Government wanted to benefit from the abilities of talented Pakistanis. He said that the federal government would utilize all resources to get benefit from oversees talented Pakistanis who were rendering their services in different countries. He said that the federal government would bear all their travel, boarding, lodging and other expenses in this regard. He said that talented Pakistanis would also be sent abroad for training who would serve their homeland afterwards.

PU VC Dr Mujahid Kamran said there was a lot of raw talent in Pakistan but there was lack of those people who could recognize their talent and polish their capabilities. He hoped that brilliant Pakistanis would benefit from the scheme.
