PULC wins gold medal in karate first time in history
LAHORE: (Monday, November 24, 2014): Punjab University Law College’s female students for the first time in the History of Punjab University has participated in Inter-Collegiate Girls Karate Championship held at PU Gymnasium and won gold medal. The girls of affiliated colleges have participated in large number in the competition. PULC’s Medeha Hussain of LLb Part III has won gold medal in the competition. PULC’ Noor Asfia of LLB (Hons) 1st semester, who is also gold medalist in taekwondo in the Inter-varsity and national silver medalist, could not fight in the final due to injury and got silver medal. Dean Faculty of Law and PULC Principal Prof Dr Shazia Noreen Qureshi has congratulated the winning girls encouraged the PULC girls and said that PULC would provide them with all facilities during their stay in the college both in studies and sports.
