The Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of the Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms and entrepreneurs for the public auction of thirteen (13) shops located at the Institute through Open Competitive Bidding.

Tender/Auction Documents may be obtained from the Office of the Director, Institute of Education and Research, during office hours on payment of the prescribed tender fee @ 2000/- non-refundable. (BID APPLICATION FORM)

Sealed bids must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 28-08-2026 at 10.00 a.m. The bids will be opened on 29-08-2026 at 11 a.m. in the presence of the bidders. The bids below the minimum proposed rent @40000/- per month for each category shop will not be considered.

The Auction Committee, IER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the auction process at any stage in accordance with the applicable rules, without assigning any reason.

Note: Employees of the University of the Punjab, including the Institute of Education and Research (IER), are not allowed to participate in the auction.
