LAHORE: (Wednesday, November 21, 2012): Punjab University Examinations Department has issued the schedule for submission of admission forms and fee for Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) Fourth Professional, annual exam 2012 and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) One Year Condensed/Deficit Course, annual exam 2011. The last date for submission of admission forms for aforesaid with single fee is 22-11-2012, while the forms can be submitted with double fee till 23-11-2012. Commencement dates of said examinations are 17-12-12 and 03-12-12 respectively.
