LAHORE: (Friday, November 30, 2012): Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran has condoled the death of former Indian Prime Minister IK Gujral. Mr IK Gujral was a student of Punjab University Hailey College of Commerce and when he visited Pakistan, he wished to visit Punjab University. During his visit to PU, he especially desired to visit his room in the hostels. After entering the room, he started weeping bitterly. In his statement, Dr Kamran said that Mr IK Gujral was a brilliant student, seasoned politician and wanted to improve Pak-India relations. Meanwhile, HCC Principal Prof Dr Liaqat Ali and faculty members have also condoled his death and said that the college would always be proud of him.
