LAHORE: (Sunday, December 02, 2012): Punjab University Department of Special Education is celebrating International Day of Disabled and organizing a seminar titled “Empowering Persons with Disabilities: Success Stories” on Monday December 03 at 10am at Waheed Shaheed Hall at Institute of Education and Research. Distinguished persons with disabilities, professionals working in the field of special education and students with and without disabilities will participate in the seminar.
