LAHORE: (Tuesday, December 11, 2012): Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran on Monday organized an evening with renowned columnist and writer Atta ul Haq at Executive Club.

PU Registrar Prof Dr Khan Raas Masood, Prof Dr Shaukat Ali, Ch Akram, Prof Dr Mansoor Sarwar, Asghar Nadeem Syed, Altaf Hassan Qureshi, Attar Ur Rehman, Yasir Peerzada, Aneeq Ahmad, Tasneem Ahmad, Captain ® Atta Muhammad, Rehmat Ali Raazi, Bushra Rehman, Sofia Beidar, Saifullah Sipra, Jaffer Iqbal, Muhammad Ali Baloch, Saad Ullah Shah, Shoaib Mirza, Javed Iqbal, Khalid Ranjha, Najam Wali, Isar Rana and people from various walks of life participated in the event. Addressing the ceremony, PU VC Dr Mujahid Kamran said that the ceremony had been organized to celebrate Life Time Achievement Award conferred on Mr Qasmi by Majlis-e-Faroogh-Adab. In his address, Mr Qasmi enthralled the audience with his interesting and crispy speech. On the occasion, senior journalists highlighted the services of Mr Qasmi in the field of literature and journalism.
