LAHORE: (Friday, December 28, 2012): Punjab University has awarded 04 PhD degrees to the scholars in which Azeem Azhar Raja S/o Raja Muhammad Azhar Khan in the subject of Economics after approval of his thesis entitled “Analysis of Subsistence Agriculture in Rain Fed Areas with Special Emphasis on Punjab”, Mahmood Saba S/o Muhammad Rafique in the subject of Molecular Biology after approval of his thesis entitled “Effect of Caloric Restriction on Stem Cells for the Repair of Aged Heart’’, Amani Moazzam Baig Mirza D/o Moazzam Baig Mirza in the subject of Administrative Sciences after approval of her thesis entitled “Gender and Organizational Practices in Public Sector Organization: A Case of University of Punjab, Lahore” and Qurattulain Tahirah D/o Muhammad Kafayat Ullah in the subject of Arabic after approval of her thesis entitled “Children’s Literature of Kamil Kilani and Hakeem Muhammad Saeed (A Comparative Study)”.
