LAHORE: (Saturday, December 29, 2012): In Punjab University’s 121st Convocation, two special persons proved that if they are provided with a chance, they would show skills equal to the normal human beings do with their undefeated efforts. Dr Amir Hanif, a blind, did his PhD in History while Dr Taimur Hasan, a blind, did his PhD in Urdu language this year.
