LAHORE: (Wednesday, January 09, 2013): Punjab University has awarded 06 PhD degrees to the scholars in which Khawar Sultana D/o Abdul Saeed Khan in the subject of Islamic Studies after approval of her thesis entitled “Seerat-e-Rasool (S.A.W) Rawayat-e-Shabiat-(RA) Takhreej-o-Tahqiq”, Rana Navid Ahmed S/o Bashir Ahmad in the subject of Education after approval of his thesis entitled “Madrassah Education in Pakistan: Issues, Challengesds and Reforms’’, Muhammad Abiodullah S/o Mahmood Ahmad in the subject of Education after approval of his thesis entitled “Effect of Intervention on the Development of Cognitive and Mathematical Abilities at Elementary Level”, Masha Maqbool D/o Maqbool Ahmed in the subject of Clinical Psychology after approval of her thesis entitled “Efficacy of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy in the Treatment of Anxiety, Depression and Self Esteem Among College Girls of Lahore”, Muhammad Sohail Akram S/o Muhammad Akram Tahir in the subject of Biological Sciences after approval of his thesis entitled “Sugarcane Transformation, Using Cystal Insecticidal Gene(s) of Bacillus Thuringiensis, and its Molecula Characerization” and Malla Khan Haideri S/o Thiraj Din in the subject of Punjabi after approval of his thesis entitled “Punjabi Zaban-o-Adab Bare Tazkare Tarikhan Da Tehqiqi Te Tanqeedi Jaeza”.
