LAHORE: (Friday, January 11, 2013): Punjab University has awarded 05 PhD degrees to the scholars in which Humera Kausar D/o Sharafat Ali in the subject of Molecular Biology after approval of her thesis entitled “Comparative Expression Analysis of Erythropoietin in CHO and Huh-7 Cell Line”, Shahid Bashir S/o Bashir Ahmed Awan in the subject of Physics after approval of his thesis entitled “Advancements in Interstitial Brachytherapy’’, Mobeen ul Islam S/o Muhammad Rafi ud Din in the subject of Education after approval of his thesis entitled “Impact of Students’ Perceptions about Teacher Interaction and Classroom Learning Environment on Attitude Towards Mathematics and Achievement”, Kausar Parveen D/o Muhammad Rafiq Ahmed in the subject of Zoology after approval of her thesis entitled “Teratogenic Effects of Cypermethrin: A Synthetic Pyrethroid Insecticide in Mice” and Farkhanda Jabeen D/o Muhammad Ashraf Qureshi in the subject of Microbiology & Molecular Genetics after approval of her thesis entitled “Characterization of Pesticide Degrading Bacteria”.
