LAHORE: (Saturday, January 26, 2013): Punjab University Department of Microbiology & Molecular Genetics student Ms Aniqa Naeem got 1st position and 5,000Rs/- cash prize & certificate in poster competition of 3rd International Symposium on Biomedical Materials: Recent Advances and Challenges, organized by COMSATS. Hiba Shabkhez, a student of Punjab University French Department, has been awarded by the Ambassador of France in Pakistan at the French Soiree as she won the prize of “Prix de la Meilleure Debutante” in a poetry recitation competition held at Aitchison College. In this competition, eight institutions participated in the poetry recitation and Hibah won the prize for her creative writing in French.
