Institute of Administrative Sciences conducted a program: “ Quaid Day Celebrations” on Dec 25 th 2012 to commemorate the Great leader , Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The honorable Director IAS – Prof. Dr. Nasira Jabeen, Mrs. Kausar Jaffri, Mr. Ghalib Ata, Ms. Sameen Zaki, Ms. Rifat Afzal, Mr. Adnan Hussain and students attended the program. The program was organized by students of IAS.

Student's affection towards celebrating Quaid Day was demonstrated by their hardwork towards organizing the program and decoration in the auditorium. The program consisted of admirable presentation including speeches on the topics of “hum ne khud takhrib se apny nasheman phoonky” and “comparing today's Pakistan with Jinnah's Pakistan” , Poetry, a vedio clip specially prepared for the program based on the concept of “self awareness”. Towards the end, Director IAS presented vote of thanks to the faculty members and appreciated the dedication of students by awarding them certificates. The Program emphasized that such national days should always be planned, conducted and encouraged at the University to keep the spirit of remembering our heroes, alive.
