A one day workshop on “Conducting Focus Group Discussion” was conducted by Ms. Mujeeba Ashraf, Ph.D Scholar at University of St. Andrews Scotland, UK on March 18th January, 2013. MS and MPhil students at the Centre for Clinical Psychology and Department of Applied Psychology attended the Workshop. The participants were provided training in skills required to conduct effective focus group discussion. All the participants benefited from the workshop and reported that this workshop added to the understanding about the “Focus Group”, and it would greatly helpin conducting QualitativeResearch.
