TENDER NOTICE THROUGH EPADS

University of the Punjab requires a building on rent initially for a period of 3-years extendable subject to the requirement of University by adopting Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure of PPR-2014. The intending building will be used as sub-campus of the University. The building should have the minimum covered area of 20,000 sq. ft. With a proper parking place and preferably be located at the prime location of the city Gujar Khan’ with easy access to major transport routes.

Interested owners/parties registered with Tax authorities and not blacklisted/not in litigation with any government institution, should submit their sealed offers/bids in one envelope stating covered area facilities available and demand of monthly rent (inclusive of all government taxes), with phone number and address.

Bids only through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) will be entertained (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). No bid other than EPADS will be accepted. Bid security will be submitted before closing of tender physically in Procurement Wing, 2nd Floor, Admin Block, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore, (Tel: 042-99233105). Bidders will also upload the complete scanned copy of their bid in EPADS.

Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from the websites of PPRA (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) or Punjab University (www.pu.edu.pk). In case of any query, guidance can be sought from Procurement Wing, 2nd Floor, Admin Block, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore, (Tel: 042-99233105). Tender Fee will be deposited in Habib Bank Ltd. Quaid-e-Azam Campus Branch, University of the Punjab, Lahore Account No. 01827902137801 (A/C Title: PU INCOME SALES OF BOOK/ PUBLI/ LEAS) and copy of deposited challan shall be attached with the Technical Bid.

The bid prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents must be submitted on EPADS by 03-09-2024 till 10:30 (a.m.), along with bid security of Rs.200,000/- in shape of CDR in favour of the Treasurer, University of the Punjab, which will be opened on the same date at 11:00 (a.m.). If there is some public holiday announced by the Government on the tender opening date, then the tender will be opened on the next working day.
