LAHORE: (Wednesday, July 15, 2026): Punjab University has awarded a PhD degree to Muhammad Uzair S/o Bashir Ahmad, in the subject of Gender Studies following the approval of his doctoral thesis titled, “Exploring Gendered Vulnerabilities and Adaptive Capacities in Flood-Affected Areas of South Punjab.” Dr. Muhammad Uzair is currently serving as a Research Officer in the Department of Gender Studies at Punjab University. He completed his doctoral research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ra’ana Malik, Department of Gender Studies.
