the HP LaserJet M554 Color Printer to print academic transcripts / certificates as mentioned in
bid document. |
Sealed bids are invited on Single Stage One Envelope basis from manufacturers, authorized
distributors, dealers, firms, registered with GST, NTN and PRA (if applicable), for this
purpose. The specifications are described in bid document. |
The bid document can be obtained from the date of publication of this tender from the Deputy
Treasurer Office (Room No. 5), University of the Punjab Gujranwala Campus or can be
downloaded from PPRA / PU website for Rs. 500/- be deposited in PUGC Department Account:
19937900099003 (HBL). |
Sealed bids on bid document should reach in office of the Deputy Treasurer (Room No. 5),
University of the Punjab Gujranwala Campus by hand / through courier but not later than
Tuesday, 28th May, 2024 till 11:00 a.m. and will be opened in presence of the bidders or their
representatives on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in office of the Director General, University of the
Punjab Gujranwala Campus. |
Bid security amounting to Rs.7,500 @2% of the estimated price in form of Demand Draft,
Bankers Cheque, or CDR in favor of the PUGC Department is essential along with Bid;
otherwise bid will be cancelled / rejected. |
