The applications complete in all respect should reach in the office of the Department / Centre / Institute / College / School concerned by 10-08-2016 . The admission forms are also available for downloading from www.pu.edu.pk/dpcc. The Written Test/Interview will be held in the concerned Department / Centre / Institute / College / School at the time given by them according to the schedule given above:

Eligibility:
For MS / M.Phil. / M.Sc (Engg / Honors):
M.A. / M.Sc. / BS (Hons.) 4 years / B.Sc (Hons.) 4 years / B.Sc. (Engg) degree or its equivalent in the relevant subject from a HEC recognized University (At least 16 years of education; 130 credit hours) as per Higher Education Commission (HEC) rules.
For PhD
MS / M.Phil. / M.Sc. (Engg/Hons.) or equivalent degree with minimum CGPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 / 70% OPM / first division as per HEC rules.

Subject eligibility criteria of individual disciplines will be provided by the concerned Department / Institute / College / Centre / School before the admission.
•
The candidates must have to qualify the written test with 50% marks for M.Phil and 70% for PhD.
•
HEC awardees under indigenous scholarship scheme are encouraged to apply.
•
The candidate must obtain >19 out of 40 marks in academic merit (merit formula table is available at www.pu.edu.pk/dpcc) to be eligible for taking written test.
•
The admission regulations of MS / M.Phil. / M.Sc. (Engg./Hons) / Ph.D. can also be obtained from the respective Department / Institute / Centre / College / School. For further information, please contact the respective Department / Institute / Centre / College / School.
•
Rs.500/- / Bank Challan as processing and examination fee must be submitted in relevant department at the time of test.
•
 Application received after due date shall not be entertained.
•
Prescribed application forms duly filled in and supported by the attested copies of educational certificates / degrees must be submitted to the Chairman / Director / Principal of the respective Department / Institute / Centre / College / School by 10-08-2016 and not to the DPCC Office.
