University of the Punjab invites bids from interested manufacturers / Authorized / Sole Distributors / Contractors / Suppliers registered with GST, PST & NTN on single stage two envelop basis for the following items.

Bids only through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) will be entertained (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and no bid other than Punjab e-Procurement System will be accepted. Bid security will be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of the Punjab as per the guidelines of Punjab e-Procurement System / regulations. No physically financial instrument (CDR, Bank Guarantee etc.) will be accepted.

Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from the websites of Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) or PPRA Website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). In case of any query, guidance can be sought from Procurement Wing, 2nd Floor, Admin Block, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore, (Tel: 042-99233105).

The bid prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents must be submitted on Punjab e-Procurement System by 12.08.2026 till 10:30 (a.m.), which will be opened on the same date at 11:00 (a.m.) through Punjab e-Procurement System. If there is a public holiday announced by the Government on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.

The URL of the website of the PPRA is (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/Admin_Tender_Search.aspx) and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA.
