The event was organized by Punjab Institute of Mental Health under the topic “Depression a global Crises” on 9th, October, 2012. Minster of Education Mian Imran Masood was also present on the occasion.

Dr Rukhsana Kausar Director Centre for Clinical Psychology came up with some research evidences and also emphasized how we can decrease the ratio of depression in our surroundings. From Centre for Clinical Psychology BS (Hons) Semester V & VII were the representatives of University of the Punjab. They beautifully displayed the posters for the awareness among people for depression and disassociated disorders, PIMH. In the Poster competition, the 3rd position was occupied by Centre for Clinical Psychology, University of the Punjab which indicates the motivation, Courage and determination with which Centre’s students participate in such events. It was indeed a good learning exposure for the students of Centre for Clinical Psychology.
