LAHORE: (Tuesday, March 26, 2019): In continuation of tree plantation campaign Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Niaz Ahmad has planted trees in admin block ground here on Tuesday. Registrar Dr Muhammad Khan, RO-I Jalil Tariq, RO-II Malik Muhammad Zahir, Chairman Hall Council Prof Dr Abid Hussain Choudhary, Director Students Affair Dr Asmatullah, Acting Treasurer Rao Muhammad Tahir, Acting Controller Muhammad Rauf, Resident Auditor Choudhary Zafar Iqbal and others were present on the occasion.

In his address Prof Niaz Ahmad said that we must make efforts to preserve our environment because the future of our next generations was associated with clean environment. He said that we must plant trees and keep our environment neat. The participants planted 30 saplings in the lawns.
