LAHORE: (Wednesday, October 7, 2020): Punjab University has awarded six PhD degrees to the scholars in which Muhammad Faisal S/o Iftikhar Ahmed in the subject of International Relations after approval of his thesis entitled ‘National Security Strategy of Iran and North Korea: A Quest for Nuclearization (2005-2015)’, Muhammad Usman S/o Rahmat Ullah in the subject of Islamic Studies after approval of his thesis entitled ‘A Discussion on the Fundamentals of Contemporary Ijtihad: An Analytical Study’, Muhammad Atiq ur Rehman S/o Abdul Majeed in the subject of Economics after approval of his thesis entitled ‘Capital Account Liberalization, Growth, Productivity and Investment: The Case of Emerging Economics’, Zahida Naz D/o Tanveer Ahmad in the subject of Persian after approval of her thesis entitled ‘Editing and Annotation of Diwan E Qasim Mashhadi with Preface on Life and Work of the Poet and Evaluation on His Art and Thought’, Hafiz Muhammad Ramzan S/o Quaider Buksh in the subject of Islamic Studies after approval of his thesis entitled ‘Guzwate Nabvi – Rawayate Hadeeth Wa Seerat Ka Tajazyate Mutalya’ and Shahid Sher Zada S/o Ch.
