A hands-on training workshop on 'Counseling the elderly' was conducted on April 20, 2022 at IAP, University of the Punjab, Lahore. The workshop was conducted by Ms Sadia Adnan. Ms. Sadia Adnan is an internationally recognised motivational speaker,life coach , psychologist and behavioural counsellor who has been serving the industry for more than 20 years. She has been recently awarded as the best global Life coach in Dubai and was awarded as the best motivational speaker in 2018 by Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has recently been called to Istanbul University Turkey for guest speaking and has graced various national institutions and organizations as well with her services, coaching and mentoring. The workshop covered important skills required for dealing with elderly clients along with practical hands-on experience of individual counseling.
