LAHORE: (Friday, March 21, 2025): Punjab University Institute of Chemical Engineering & Technology (ICE&T;) has organized a seminar on career counseling for Opportunities in process/operations safety & management for graduating students of Chemical Engineering, Energy/Environmental Engineering and Industrial Engineering. On this occasion, Director ICET Prof Dr Syed Nadir Hussain, Engr. Arslan Bari Arslan, seminar Dr Ayyaz Muhammad, faculty members and students were present. In this address, Director ICET Dr Syed Nadir Hussain welcomed the guest speaker and thanked him for his intentions of paying back to his Alma Mater sharing his technical and professional experience with graduating students. Engr. Arslan Bari interacted with students and briefed on the importance of various aspects of safety in social and industrial life and how to develop skills through continuous interest in learning around process safety and management. He motivated the students to make the most of shared opportunities in various companies of the Gulf, China and other regions. Dr Ayyaz Muhammad appreciated the efforts of the speaker for sharing his professional/Technical experience in the field of process safety in various industries specially oil and gas sector and large number of opportunities of securing jobs in global organizations and specially in gulf.
