LAHORE: (Saturday, July 28, 2012):  Punjab University Examinations Department has issued the schedule of admissions fee & forms for Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D), first, second and third professional Annual Exam 2012.

According to details, the date of submission of admission forms & fee for Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D), first and second professional Annual Exam 2012 is 10-08-12 with single fee and 15-08-12 with double fee while for third professional Annual Exam 2012 is 14-08-12 with single fee and 16-08-12 with double fee.
