Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique, Professor at the Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab, and President, Pakistan Psychological Association (PPA), delivered the keynote address at the International Conference “Violence and Mental Health: Prevention, Intervention and Community Action” (VMH‑PICA 2026), held on 14–15 June at Women University Multan. She emphasized evidence‑based prevention, timely intervention, and community‑driven mental‑health services, highlighting key issues such as digital violence, intergenerational trauma, and student wellbeing.
