The three-day Sports Gala started at the College of Earth and Environmental Sciences today. The inauguration was attended by faculty members, staff and a large number of students. The Principal, Prof. Dr. Firdaus-e-Bareen, inaugurated the sports and distributed flags among the six teams. In her address, she highlighted the importance of co-curricular activities in the curriculum. She advised the students to participate in all events with a sportsman spirit and maintain discipline during the whole event.

The sports will continue upto March 20 and a number of sports including Football, Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, Tug of War, Athletics and Indoor games will be played.
