Detailed terms & conditions are available in Bid Document which can be obtained immediately from the Stock Verification Section Room No.136-A 1st Floor, Admin Block Quaid-e-Azam Campus @ cost of Rs.500/- each tender during the working hours. Bid Document Fee shall be deposited in Habib Bank Ltd. Quaid-e-Azam Campus Branch, University of the Punjab, Lahore. |

Bidder is required to deposit Bank Guaranty / CDR of Rs.25,000/- for Car and Rs.25,000/- for Six Motorcycles in the name of Treasurer, University of the Punjab, Lahore along with tender. |
3. |
Conditional / without CDR, tender shall not be entertained. |
4. |
The last date of submission of tender is 19th November, 2020 up to 11:00 A.M and tender shall be opened in the presence of bidders / their authorized representatives at 11:30 A.M on same date in the Committee Room, Accounts Branch, Admin Block, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore |
5. |
Vehicles for auction may be examined during the office hours through the Stock Verifier, Stock Verification Section, University of the Punjab, Lahore. |
6. |
Auction Committee, University of the Punjab has right to cancel all the tenders. The Auction Committee also has the right to opt for open bidding. |
7. |
Successful Bidders shall be responsible to deposit advance income tax and bear all expenses including labour, carriage, weight age etc. |
8. |
In case of any dispute, the decision of the Auction Committee, University of the Punjab, shall be the final & binding. |
9. |
The successful bidder shall be bound to lift the vehicles within fifteen days after depositing offered amount. |
