LAHORE: (Friday, June 21, 2013): Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran on Friday inaugurated Soft Expo 2013 at Punjab University College of Information Technology (PUCIT).

PUCIT Principal Prof Dr Mansoor Sarwar, senior faculty members and a large number of students were present on the occasion. As many as 80 projects related to IT, GIS, software engineering etc developed by 120 students were displayed in the exhibition. On this occasion, the students briefed Dr Mujahid Kamran on their projects and thanked their principal Dr Mansoor Sarwar for providing them with the opportunity to polish their skills. Talking to media, Dr Kamran said that PUCIT’s students were very intelligent and the college would become a leading institution of information technology of the subcontinent in the next few years.
