LAHORE: (Saturday, December 28, 2013): Pakistan People’s Party Leader Jahangir Badar got his PhD degree in the subject of Pakistan Studies.

He is South Asia’s first serving Parliamentarian who did his PhD being a parliamentarian. He did his PhD on the topic of Political Leadership in Pakistan: A Case Study of Benazir Bhutto.
